Personal Property Auction Team

Swift - N - Sure Auctions is a family owned and operated auction company established by Victor and Hope Edelman in 2005.   Victor Edelman began auctioning with Ralph  VanSickle in 1996 and later with Brian Spielman.  After they both retired, Victor and Hope were continually receiving requests to provide personal property auction services,  so Swift - N - Sure Auctions was created to meet that need.  Swift - N - Sure Auctions and Real Estate is pleased to serve Lyon, Coffey, and Osage counties and  surrounding counties in Kansas.  

The company name was created with the help of family.   Victor was a swift auctioneer and Hope was sure about running the business.  In addition, they wanted to provide  an opportunity to help their three boys develop strong work ethics including helping the cashier, running tickets, loading, and running concessions.  They also assist buyers  by carrying their newly found treasures to their vehicles.   Sometimes they have assistance from their two cousins (Dora's daughters).    

Dora Hines is Victor's sister.   Dwayne and Larry are great friends to Victor and Hope.  Those relationships reinforce the identity of being family oriented company
