Victor started auctioning in 1996 under Ralph VanSickle, then later helped Brian Spielman. He became a Real Estate Agent/Auctioneer for Tri-County Real Estate in March 2007.
Real Estate has always been his Hobby! He has followed real estate since he was 17, when he did his first deal. Victor and his wife have bought several houses for rentals always watching the market so he could find the next "Best Buy" as an investor.
Now, as a Real Estate Agent, Victor is ready to advise and help you to get the next "Best Buy." Whether you are an investor, who is looking for that next great rental/commercial business or if you are an individual looking for a "New Home," he will work as hard as he can to make your dream come true. He's not afraid to go the extra mile to put your deal together. Nothing is too large for Victor to tackle.
In March 2011, Victor received his Broker's license. Victor is now an associate broker for Tri-County Real Estate and in July 2011 his wife, Hope, received her real estate license and she created Swift-N-Sure Auctions and Real Estate, with Victor being the Broker for her company that they have auctioned under since October 2005.
After years of watching her husband sell real estate, Hope and Victor decided that Hope should get a real estate license so that she could help Victor. Hope can now answer your Real Estate questions, whether it is locally or elsewhere in the state of Kansas. She will work hard, fast, and as efficiently as humanly possible to meet your Real Estate needs.
Since Victor and Hope have been married (1994), they have worked side by side in buying and selling real estate on their personal investment properties. For 17 years, Hope has managed and kept the records for their investment business. She knows what it takes to make a property cash flow for an investor.
She would like to start listing properties for Real Estate Auctions and gradually build on that. Hope will be happy to talk to you and provide advice to see if your house would be a good candidate for an auction.
Hope would also be happy to help you buy anything we have for auction or she can show you properties listed with other Real Estate companies. She can also help you locate an owner or negotiate an offer on a dream property or location for you.
Brian has been involved with farm, ranch and rural properties for over 30 years. His decades of experience in the real estate and lending professions provide an extensive base of knowledge with which to understand the real estate markets of Southeast Kansas. His passion for research and analysis allows him to provide insight into the drivers of the real estate markets that are superior to any other local evaluators and provides a strong foundation for his career in real estate sales. His experience includes valuation of all types of diversified farms, recreational properties, large ranch properties in the Flint Hills, rural residential and part time farms and rural raw development land. Brian maintains a ‘Certified General Real Property Appraiser’ designation from the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board which was first awarded in 1991.
Farm, ranch and rural properties have been Brian's passion and area of expertise. Brian has an impeccable reputation in the industry for honesty and integrity, protecting confidential information, and representing his client well throughout the process.
